However, there is a widespread problem with strategy implementation, organisations do struggle with it, it’s an old problem which has been around for many years.
There is plenty of good academic research around strategy. However, little research exists which seeks to gather knowledge about the effectiveness of strategy implementation from people at the sharp end.

Our primary and secondary research seeks to provide relevant insight into strategy implementation through the lens of those that are on the ground.
